Student activity reports in Canvas: Canvas provides summary and detailed class and individual student activity reports. One way to check what a specific student has done is to click the People link in the Course Menu, then click on the name of a student. A summary of the student’s standing in the class appears in a panel on the right. In that panel, click the Analytics button. The full history of the student’s interaction with the course is displayed in graphical format. It is useful to slide the toggle in the top right from ‘graph’ to ‘tabular’ format to get a breakdown of student activity listed by date, in text format.
