I am an Associate Professor and Division Head of Teaching, Learning, Leadership & Policy (TLLP) in the School of Education. I also serve as Area Lead for Social and Cultural Studies of Education (SCS), coordinate Social Foundations and Multicultural/Social Justice Education coursework for secondary teacher education, and serve as an elected member and social sciences representative on ISUs Graduate Council. As service to the field, I am the Book Review Editor and member of the Editorial Board for History of Education Quarterly, the journal of the History of Education Society in the U.S.
