Research interests

I am interested in research and program evaluation with a particular focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion; campus climate; and STEM education. I have expertise in research and evaluation methodology, including qualitative and quantitative analysis. My current research and evaluation projects relate to graduate education, mentoring, research experiences for undergraduates, research experiences for teachers, workforce development, and campus climate.
