Mentoring Program
Iowa legislation requires that each new school business official complete a one-year mentoring program. Kate Baldwin serves as the coordinator of the academy’s mentoring program.
If you would be interested in applying to serve as a mentor to a new SBO, please complete the mentor application and send it to Kate Baldwin (katebald@iastate.edu). Effective with the 2012-2013 school year, mentors are eligible to receive 15 hours of SBO licensure renewal credit for successful completion of the training and program requirements.
